Researchers of this study aimed to assess the experiences of physiotherapists who use online Back Skills Training (i-BEST). They chose a qualitative, exploratory approach in which seven physiotherapists were interviewed and asked broad, open-ended questions to discern their experiences with i-BEST training, and the implementation of the training in a clinical setting. The results of these interviews suggested that although the flexibility of the online tool was an advantage, the lack of interactivity was viewed as a challenge. The researchers concluded that i-BEST can be implemented within a daily clinical setting but should provide enhanced face-to-face support.
