RADIANCE-HTN looked at endovascular ultrasound renal denervation reduces ambulatory blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the absence of antihypertensive medications. SPYRAL HTN-ON MED assessed the efficacy and safety of renal denervation in the presence of three standard antihypertensive medications. SPYRAL HTN-OFF MED looked at the effect of renal denervation on blood pressure in the absence of antihypertensive medications.
